Charming Xiangxi



The Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Show is a renowned large-scale gala featuring traditional folk dances and songs. Since its debut in 2000, it has been performed 7,000 times and has been viewed by over 16 million people worldwide. In 2019, the show set a new record with an audience of 1.6 million. Over the past two decades, the show has become the premier folk performance in the region, attracting packed audiences every night. It has earned acclaim not only in Mainland China but also in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea. Travelers visiting Zhangjiajie often include attending the Charming Xiangxi Show as part of their itinerary to experience the unique culture of West Hunan. Directed by Feng Xiaogang and with musical supervision by Liu Huan, the show features performances by renowned singers Song Zuying, Zhang Ye, and Chen Sisi, all of whom hail from Hunan Province.



Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon



The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, located in Hunan Province, is recognized as a "National AAAA Tourist Attraction" for its stunning natural beauty. Visitors to this site can experience the world's longest and highest glass bridge, acclaimed as one of the "12 Most Spectacular Bridges in the World" by CNN. From this vantage point, one can admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Canyon, including verdant forests, cascading waterfalls, and meandering streams. The abundance of diverse landscapes and lush vegetation creates a serene and heavenly environment, providing a perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life.

The Zhangjiajie Skydoor Golf Course stands as the inaugural golfing destination in Zhangjiajie City, located within the scenic Hunan Province of South Central China. Situated in the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Tianmen Mountain Cave, this remarkable 342-acre course meanders through a captivating landscape adorned with ancient trees, dense jungle foliage, and expansive lakes and wetlands. Named after 18 breathtaking scenic spots in Zhangjiajie, each of the 18 holes offers a unique experience, making the Skydoor Course not only an exceptional tournament venue but also equipped to host large-scale events seamlessly. Renowned golf architect Richard Mandell, hailing from the United States, has meticulously designed the Skydoor Course, leveraging his expertise as a certified Arborist to blend world-class design principles with efficient, goal-oriented execution.



72 wonder towers



Located near the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, the 72 Strange Buildings Scenic Area sits in Shadi Town of Yongding District, adjacent to Wulingshan Avenue stretching from downtown Zhangjiajie to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. This site, heralded as a new cultural icon in Zhangjiajie, boasts a towering height of 109.9 meters, earning it the prestigious title of the world's tallest Tujia stilted building according to Guinness World Records. Unveiled in August 2022, it has swiftly emerged as a prominent landmark in Zhangjiajie. As dusk descends, the air fills with the rhythmic beats of Tujia drums and the melodic tunes of local singers atop the old stage, accompanied by vibrant displays of colorful lights that illuminate the surroundings, casting a spell of magnificence. Stepping into this scenic area feels like stepping back in time, with each ancient building emanating a nostalgic aura that captivates visitors, offering a glimpse into the rich historical and cultural heritage. Notable among these structures is the "Zhuangyuan Building," the oldest among the architectural complexes, dating back over 200 years to the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The area is replete with attractions, including the Heaven Palace Strange Building, the Old Tea House, the Old Official Residence, Bizka Square, Phoenix-tail Waterfall, Bachu Snack Street, Hui People Snack Street, Republic of China Style Street, Xiangxi Old Street, and Yingbin Square. Operating hours are from 10:00 to 23:00.
